All CHENG CHEUNG High Jewelry Collections are sold as final sale and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. The crafting and production period for each CHENG CHEUNG High Jewelry piece ranges from 7 to 60 days, depending on the unique design and individual specifications of the item chosen.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.

Returns are only eligible for items that are unused, in their original received condition, and packaged in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for worn, adjusted, or damaged products. Eligibility for a full refund will be verified upon the receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Special orders, and items with engraving, resizing, or any other custom alterations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Return shipping fees are to be borne by the customer, and the original shipping costs of the order are non-refundable.
