We are pleased to offer complimentary home delivery for all orders, regardless of whether you are shopping domestically or internationally. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 2–4 business days, with this timeline subject to slight variations based on your destination country and applicable customs clearance procedures.

For out-of-stock pieces, our team will provide an estimated delivery timeline. Personalization services, including engraving, embossing and size adjustments, add 1–2 business days to processing. 

All CHENG CHEUNG High Jewelry Collections are sold as final sale and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. The crafting and production period for each CHENG CHEUNG High Jewelry piece ranges from 7 to 60 days, depending on the unique design and individual specifications of the item chosen.
